    The pictured pearls are vintage large freshwater pearls which look like the closest match. Barbie’s are not perfectly spherical.

    The color matches freshwater pearls or manufactured glass pearls (it’s hard to tell the difference!). Well made custom jewelry follows the same style of real pearl strands: tied knots between each pearl. Barbie is wearing two of these cuffs, but it’s hard to see if they are slip on or wrap around.

    Knowing the budget this movie they are most likely real pearls.
