    Description The Mother Witch costume was also custom made, alongside the cape. Salvador Perez said he wanted the costume was inspired by Winnifred's costume - the symbols seen on Mother Witch's costume and brooch, can be seen later on on Winnie's costume. The embroidery was done by Sylvias costumes in Hollywood.
