Hocus Pocus 2: Winifred’s Green Costume

    Description The original costume for Winifred was designed by Mary Vogt that unfortunately decided not to come back for the sequel. The new Winifred costume, created by Salvador Perez, was an homage to the original but with a bit of a twist. GOWN & CAPE He gave meaning to the three symbols on the original Winifred's costume and added a few ravens, because of Mother Witch. The original green fabric is by Silk Baron, dyed by Michelle Flynn, to which was embroidered metallic threads. A layer of Swarowki cyrstals was added for sparkle. SHOES The original boots wore by Winifred in 1993 were 80s Steve Madden with little points added. The new ones were Custom Made Boots by Western Costume Co. EARRINGS Amethys earrings are by Hyperbole. NECKLACE The necklace wore by Winifred, true amethyst, was handmade by a jeweller in San Francisco. BROOCH Salvador brought back the iconic Winifred's brooch. The original had snakes in it, while the one in the sequel had a forest motif with a moon and star, and malachite stone, and was made on purpose by a jeweller.
